Terms and Conditions
Effective October 12, 2026 · Applies to RIGOR Link and rigornow.com
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RIGOR Link (the “Service”), operated by Hackley Global Incorporated (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
RIGOR Link is a multi-tenant communications and commerce platform. It lets your organization publish one phone number that customers can text to book appointments, make payments, give, order, join programs and ask questions, with a shared inbox, keyword automations, AI assistance and prepaid messaging credits.
We may add, change or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term without notice.
3. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Each workspace is an organization. The person who creates an organization is its owner and controls its members, roles, phone numbers, payment settings and data. Members act under the organization’s authority.
4. Messaging compliance
You are the sender of record for every message sent through your numbers. You must obtain proper consent from every recipient before texting them, honor opt-out requests (STOP) immediately, and comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA, CTIA guidelines and 10DLC registration requirements.
The Service automatically processes STOP, START and HELP keywords, but legal responsibility for your messaging program remains with you. We may suspend messaging for any organization that generates spam complaints, carrier violations or unlawful content.
5. Payments and commerce
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) under their own terms. We are not a bank, money transmitter or payment processor of record.
Your organization is the merchant of record for transactions with its own customers. You are responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes and the goods or services you sell. Platform subscription fees are separate from your customers’ payments.
Payment links and Text-to-Pay requests you send are your offers to your customers; we facilitate delivery and processing but are not a party to those transactions.
6. Credits, plans and billing
The Service uses prepaid credits for metered actions such as text messages. Credits are allocated with your plan, do not expire while your subscription is active, and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
If your credit balance is insufficient, metered features pause until credits are replenished. Compliance-critical messages (such as STOP confirmations) are always delivered.
7. Your data
You retain all rights to your organization’s data, including contacts, conversations, bookings and transaction records. You grant us the limited right to store, process and transmit that data solely to operate the Service for you.
Each organization’s data is isolated from other organizations. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect and for having the rights to text and charge your contacts.
8. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to send spam, phishing, harassment, illegal content, or deceptive offers; to message recipients without consent; to interfere with the platform or other tenants; or to resell the Service without written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Messaging delivery depends on carriers and providers outside our control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ends and your organization’s data is retained for 30 days, during which you may request an export, after which it may be deleted.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact
